We are raising the roof! Well the cost of a new one.
We are lauching a Crowdfunder to replace our Shop/workshop roof. It has been up there for several years now and is leaking quite badly. We have a temporary cover to stop the worst of the rain coming in, but it’s in danger of getting much worse.
We have to raise £9000, £7500 to replace the roof, and £1500 for specialist removal of the old roof. This will not only keep the shop and workshop dry, it will add much needed insulation to keep away the damp and keep our volunteers warmer. It will also be keeping the food, and tools safe and dry.
For as little as £10 you can make a huge difference, and as a thank you you can join us in the cafe for tea and cake, every penny helps towards our goal.
